Gift Card FAQs

How does the gift card work? 

When placing an order using a gift card, enter the gift card code at checkout. The code isn't case sensitive. 

Gift cards hold a balance and can be used for multiple orders. The balance is applied to the total value of our basket, including postage.

If the gift card covers the full amount, you can complete your order as usual. If there is a remaining balance, you'll be prompted to pay the difference using another payment method. 

Can I use a discount code as well?

Gift cards and discount codes can't be used together, as they are applied in the same place at checkout. 

Can a gift card be used more than once?

Yes. If the full balance isn't used in one order, the remaining amount stays on the same gift card code and can be used again at a later date. 

How do I redeem my gift card?

Add your gift card number to the discount code field at checkout, and the balance will be applied automatically.

Can I use a gift card for workshops or 1:1 sewing lessons?

Yes - a gift card can be used towards workshops and lessons. All workshop terms and conditions apply. You can find more details on our workshop page. 

Can I use a gift card for a residential sewing retreat?

At the moment, gift cards can be used for workshops and lessons, but not towards retreats. Our retreats are run separately by our sister company, The Creative Spirit.
