The Drop Sleeve Top is a perfect first make or, if you are more advanced, you'll whip up this stylish number in no time, and fall in love with it's versatile shape. 

Featuring a relaxed fit, the garment has dropped sleeves that are super easy to insert, making it the perfect project for beginners.

The garment is finished at the neckline with a facing and simple button and loop closure at the back. 

Get creative by adding an exposed zip at the back or by colour-blocking the sleeves.

This pattern comes in sizes UK 6- 22

The Drop Sleeve Top Workshop

Fancy a fun day making The Drop Sleeve Top with us? We host a series of one day workshops making The Drop Sleeve Top. 

Make a gorgeous “Drop Sleeve Top” in our beginner dressmaking workshop. This class will teach beginners how to sew a garment from start to finish using a sewing machine. You'll receive your own copy of The Drop Sleeve Top sewing pattern to keep.

There will be a maximum of 4 students in this workshop so you'll have lots of time to make the Drop Sleeve Top at an easy pace, in a relaxed environment. 

What you'll learn:
You'll start by learning how to correctly take your measurements and find your size, cut out a sewing pattern, place the pattern onto fabric correctly, transfer pattern notations, and accurately cut your fabric. You will then learn how to sew together the garment accurately, with assistance on hand, and have lots of fun creating your own Drop Sleeve Top.
